Board Development

Board membership is often comprised of individuals from very different backgrounds who share little except their desire to serve on the board.  We work with nonprofit leadership to design board structure that moves the organization forward, while working with current board members to sharpen their board skills and teach them to work as a team.  Our services include facilitating retreats and planning sessions, and followup reports and recommendations from the sessions.
